Mat-mesh Lamination Composite Fabric
Mat-mesh lamination composite fabric is a special reinforced composite material for waterproofing reinforcement, made of fiberglass felt / polyester felt and fiberglass (laid) mesh fabric through high-temperature hot pressing. Combining the high elongation and bituminous affinity of thin felt with the high strength and dimensional stability of fiberglass mesh, it offers both rigidity and flexibility, is not prone to deformation and delamination, and outperforms single materials. It is widely used in modified bitumen waterproof membranes and various types of stone, for waterproofing reinforcement in buildings, roads, bridges, and underground structures.

GALAXYFIBER Mat-mesh lamination composite fabric adopting a precision lamination process of felt substrate and fiberglass mesh, integrally formed by high-temperature hot pressing. The felt layer and mesh layer are tightly bonded without gaps or delamination, with no excess glue added in the whole process to ensure material purity. The product features uniform fiber distribution, stable tensile performance and excellent flatness. It is suitable for high-speed production of various waterproof membranes and stone reinforcement processing lines, with low processing loss, consistent finished product quality and high qualification rate.
