Usage Instructions
Correct use can effectively improve the grinding quality and extend the product life. The specific operating points are as follows:
- Model Selection & Matching: Choose the corresponding grade and specification according to the workpiece material and grinding needs. For metal rough grinding, select industrial-grade brown + coarse grit; for woodworking paint surface fine grinding, select medium-density gray + medium-fine grit; for precision hardware polishing, select high-density multi-color + ultra-fine grit, ensuring the three aspects of "material-grit-scene" are matched.
- Dry Grinding Operation: Before dry grinding, check that the surface of the grinding block is free of oil and impurities. Maintain uniform force when holding it to avoid excessive local force causing the abrasive to fall off quickly. When grinding in scenarios with much dust such as metal and stone, it is necessary to equip with dust collection equipment to reduce dust accumulation affecting the grinding effect and protect the health of operators.
- Wet Grinding Operation: When wet grinding, first soak the sponge grinding block in clean water and squeeze out excess water. During grinding, add water as needed to keep the sand surface moist. - Cleaning & Maintenance: After grinding, rinse the residual abrasive chips and dust on the surface of the sponge grinding block with clean water in time, gently squeeze to dehydrate, and place it in a ventilated and cool place to dry. Avoid direct sunlight or high-temperature baking to prevent the sponge base material from aging and hardening. - Storage Notes: When storing, place the sponge grinding blocks in an environment with a temperature of 18-22℃ and a humidity of 40-65%.
