Q1: How to choose between 75g, 90g, and 110g?

A: 75g for drywall or thin plaster; 90g is the most common for most interior walls; 110g for poor substrates or indoor/outdoor use.

Q2: Is 5x5 mesh the only option? Can other mesh sizes be customized?

A: Yes.Contact us with your requirements.

Q3: Are there colors other than white? Does color affect performance?

A: Custom colors (blue, green, yellow, orange) are available. Color does not affect strength – it only helps visual inspection during application.

Q4: Where should the mesh be placed in the plaster layer?

A: It must be embedded between two mortar layers (base coat → mesh → top coat). Do not lay it directly on the bare wall or leave it exposed.

Q5: How much overlap is needed?

A: At least 10cm for flat walls; 15–20cm at corners, and fold the mesh around the corner for extra strength.

Q6: Can I apply mesh directly over an old cracked wall?

A: No. First chisel a V‑groove along the crack, fill with repair mortar, let it dry, then apply the mesh.

Q7: What if the edges curl up?

A: Press the edges firmly into the wet mortar with a trowel, and when covering with the top coat, squeeze from the center outward to ensure full encapsulation.

Q8: Can it guarantee zero cracks?

A: It resists shrinkage and thermal cracks, but cannot prevent structural cracking from foundation settlement.

Q9: Can it be used in wet areas like bathrooms? Will it mold?

A: Fiberglass does not mold or rust, but it is not waterproof – use a waterproof coating on top.

Q10: Is it fire‑resistant? Does it emit toxic smoke?

A: It is Class A non‑combustible – does not burn, melt, or release toxic fumes.

Q11: Do you support small orders? What is the MOQ for custom items?
