How to Install Metal flex corner tape

Prepare the Corner: First we apply a thin layer of joint compound (drywall mud) along the corner where the tape will be installed.
Place the tape: Then align the aluminum corner tape along the corner and gently press it into the wet joint compound.
Embed the tape: Next we need to smooth the joint compound over the tape, making sure the tape adheres well and is fully embedded in the joint compound. Use a drywall knife to round off the edges.
Apply more joint compound: Once the corner tape is in place, add additional layers of joint compound, letting each layer dry before sanding. This helps hide the tape and create a smooth, seamless finish.
Sand and finish: Once the joint compound is dry, sand the area to a smooth finish, then prime and paint as needed.
