The extinguishing agent is dispersed as a supersonic mist, forming a 5-meter diameter fire-suppressant cloud within 3 seconds. These particles work through three key mechanisms: first, they quickly coat the burning material, cutting off oxygen supply; second, the dry powder's chemical components react with flame radicals to halt the combustion chain reaction; third, the particles absorb substantial heat during vaporization, lowering the combustion area's temperature below the ignition point, thus rapidly containing incipient fires.​
